Our biggest intake. Strong English (plus other languages is a plus), patience for detail, no CS degree required. You'll rank responses, tag images, and flag safety issues: the detailed work clients actually need.

Non-SWE (Data) focuses on labeling, annotation, feedback ranking, transcription, and safety review through human judgment. SWE focuses on code evaluation, technical QA, and quality guidelines with modern dev tools. You apply to one track initially but can cross-train later.
